Terms of Service

1. The service
The AudoPath Launch Manager (the "Service") is a project-management workspace provided by AudoPath Consulting to clients engaged in launching a hearing clinic. Access is provided under your consulting engagement with AudoPath and these terms.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share accounts, and you must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that present a security risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for planning and managing your clinic launch. You must not upload unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, malware, or personal health information about identifiable patients. Supplier guest links you generate must be shared only with the intended supplier.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant AudoPath a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service and the related consulting engagement. Checklist templates, guidance content, and micro-tips within the Service remain the intellectual property of AudoPath.
5. Guidance is not professional advice
Micro-tips, templates, and readiness scores are operational guidance to support your launch project. They are not legal, financial, tax, audiological, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for compliance with the laws, college requirements, and regulations applicable to your clinic. Where a tip references a source, verify the current requirements with the issuing body.
6. Fees
Access to the Service is included in, and governed by, your consulting agreement with AudoPath. If that agreement ends, we may disable access after providing you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or modify features over time. We will not materially reduce the security posture of the Service without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudoPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or delayed clinic openings, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
